Time Machine button in the Finder Toolbar

I wanted to have a Time Machine button in the Finder Toolbar & be able to activate it from there.

Makes more sense to have one there & get rid of the icon in the dock to me (I usually use Quicksilver to invoke it).

The only problem with this is that it still makes the Finder toolbar taller. Argh.

    Taller?
It shouldn’t alter the height at all (it doesn’t for me).
Can you send me a screenshot of this?

your link seems to be dead.

Sorry about that. I’ve just moved web hosts, & it looks like this wasn’t successfully re-uploaded. I’ve fixed it now.

Ahh – finally tracked this tip down again.

I am trying to get this working in Snow Leopard (which replaced the Time Machine.icns file with a new one). The method doesn’t seem to work – any thoughts?

Also – the link from your Flickr file for the download points to your old blog and not the new one.

Ignore my last – it’s working now after a few tries.

But – the link is still broken from Flickr. ;-)
